When was it set up?

The Fundació Llars de l’Amistat Cheshirewas set up in Barcelona in 1968 as an Association, and began its activities with the opening of its first residence in Les Planes in Barcelona. Subsequently in 1973 it changed its legal status to become a Foundation.

It is registered in the Private Foundations Register of the Department of Justice of the Generalitat of Catalonia with number 192, and is classified as a Care Charity.

Its headquarters is at Carrer Benedetti, 60-62, in Barcelona.
